About the position
We're looking for a business development associate who can hit the ground running and help us grow in Bahrain, Kuwait and the GCC.
Responsibilites:
- Generate quality sales opportunities through proactive, strategic prospecting, as well as research industries and individual companies to find the best partners
- Establish relationships with different companies in the Gulf region to build partnerships for Spare.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to partners
- Grow the number of active partners per month
- Participate in marketing activities and events as needed
You should have:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (Proficient English required, Arabic a plus)
- Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage the details while keeping an eye on the big picture.
- Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment.
